Policies
New Clients:
New Clients will need to make a 50% deposit to secure an appointment.
Cancellations:
The Curl Space needs a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid a 50% charge of scheduled services. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us via email (ashmiranda@thecurlspace.com) or phone call/text (469-400-8591). No call & no-show appointments will be charged 100% of scheduled services. Frequent cancellations or rescheduling will require a 50% deposit to book future services.
Tardiness:
There is a 15-minute grace period. Please contact us ASAP if you’re running late. Call or text 469-400-8591. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule or alter your planned service.
Unsatisfactory Service:
Please contact within 2 weeks if your service is unsatisfactory and needs to be adjusted. Adjustments are free of charge within 2 weeks of your original service.
A new service will need to be booked if you want to add or change anything not originally discussed during the consultation or at the end of your service. Here are a few examples of changes that will be charged as a new service - adding bangs, cutting 2+ inches of length, or a different cut or style than originally discussed in the consultation.
Children/Additional Guests:
We ask that you come to your appointment alone to maximize your visit and salon space. If needed, there is plenty of seating within Cachet Salons and Spa for additional guests. This includes - children, parents, partners, etc. For safety and liability, children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult other than the person receiving services.
